The Orthodox church seems to be growing in its numbers and attracting younger people to its parishes. Many of them reported having many baptisms take place during the recent Holy Week and Pascha events. I'm not sure how it is doing in finding new priests for serving in the Church.
My parish baptized double the numbers of previous years. We rise from the remnants. Nothing will stop His Holy Church.

When you have governments like the UK arresting pastors for preaching the Gospel, the faint hearted are not likely to get involved.
